Frequently asked questions

The questions families ask us most.

If you're weighing whether care coordination is right for your family, start here. And if you don't see your question, we're always glad to talk it through.

A Care Advocate Manager (CAM), sometimes called a care coordinator or care navigator, is your family's advocate and the expert who oversees the whole picture of an older adult's care: assessing needs, building a plan, coordinating doctors and specialists, keeping medications on track, stepping in during a crisis, and keeping the family informed. Your CAM advocates for your loved one at every turn, so nothing falls through the cracks.
A home health aide provides hands-on personal care, like help with bathing, dressing, and daily tasks. We're the clinical layer above that. We don't replace aides; we build and manage the overall plan, coordinate the medical team, and advocate for your parent. Many families have both, and we can help arrange and oversee aide services as part of the plan.
We serve families across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Manhattan and Westchester County, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia, with in-home visits, and virtual telecare is available nationwide.
Our services are private pay and are not billed through insurance. This keeps us fully focused on your family's needs rather than what a policy will or will not approve, and it lets us give each client the time and attention they deserve. We are always glad to help you understand any benefits that may apply elsewhere in your care.
Telecare is care coordination delivered remotely, by phone and secure video. It can include assessments, check-ins, medication reviews, coordinating with doctors, and guiding the family, all without an in-person visit. It's a flexible, accessible option for families who live far away or prefer virtual support.
All clients are supported by a collaborative team of healthcare professionals such as nurses, social workers, activity professionals, and therapists, with over 150 years of combined experience.
It starts with a free, no-obligation consultation. We listen, understand your situation, and help you see a clear path forward. You can call 1-856-673-0700 or book a consultation online.
