About Concierge Care Network - CCN
With over 30 years of experience in supporting older adults as they age, CCN recognizes the need for one on one support to seniors. CCN is committed to helping older adults navigate through healthcare and the many changes that come as one grows older. We specialize in doing this while removing the often unnecessary stressors and strains that life changes can bring to the whole family.
We are a collective of registered nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, dementia experts, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, care managers, activity professionals, chaplains and volunteers who are experienced and ready to assist families through these frequent challenging changes.
Founder, Lorie A Dancy MSN, RN studied as an Adult Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Gerontology and has spent the last 30 years as a nurse focused on coordinating the care of the older adult population in 44 states across the US. Her expertise includes developing and implementing quality assurance practices, clinical operations and dementia care program and practices to support seniors as they age.
